Biography

Christina Marsh (they/them) is a second-year PhD student in the Department of American Studies and Ethnicity at USC. They are a current NSF-GRFP Fellow whose research explores how Black and Indigenous communities produce environmental knowledge and resilience. Before starting their PhD, Christina worked as a paleoclimatologist across lab, museum, and community-based research settings. They have a BA in Environmental Analysis from Pomona College and are committed to advancing just climate and environmental futures.
