Undergraduate will use prestigious Truman Scholarship to springboard career as civil rights attorney
The Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation grants each scholar $30,000 for graduate studies. Solomon plans to use the scholarship to pursue a graduate degrees in law and history after graduating.

Gateway Internship Program
The USC Dornsife Gateway Internship Program provides opportunities to explore a career through a paid summer internship experience. Gateway couples on-the-job experience with mentorship from a distinguished professional and participation in specialized seminars in career skills.
Environmental Communications Internship
The Wrigley Institute’s Environmental Communications summer internship trains undergraduates to talk about complex climate science in ways that the general public can easily understand.
Policy Research Internship
Through the Unruh Institute of Politics, students participate in a research internship focusing on public policy. Taking part in a team-based research projects, they develop evidence-based policy solutions to real world problems. At the conclusion of the program, each team presents their final product to the partnering organization that can put recommendations into action.
