• Your USC Email is the main source for communication.  Check your USC email account regularly for meetings, updates, events, and funding opportunities.
    • GASP Listserv: Departmental memos/announcements to doctoral students are sent via the Graduate Association of Student in Psychology (GASP) listserv. Please watch for emails from gasp-l@maillist.usc.edu.
    • Change of Address:  Always make sure your “Local Address” is updated with the university on OASIS, especially in the case your direct deposit is not setup on time due to late registration and they send your first check via mail.
    • Campus mailboxes are in main psychology office in building SGM 501 (5th floor). You will have a section with your name labeled to receive any paper mail.
    • Docusign: Most forms are signed using Docusign and is free to all USC faculty, students, and staff. Please request Docusign Access on the ITS Service Portal.
    • OASIS and myUSC:  OASIS and myUSC holds your personal information, including billing balance, course list, address update,  grades, enrollment history, STARS report, etc.  You will be using this throughout your studies at USC. You can find it through my USC: https://my.usc.edu/
    • USC Catalogue: Familiarize yourself with the procedures and practices presented in the Catalogue. You will be responsible for the policies, procedures and requirements.  For more general information, see the USC catalog for 2024-25 for now: http://catalogue.usc.edu/.  Concentrate on the following topics: Academic Calendar, Schedule of Classes, Academic and University Policy, Graduate and Professional Education, and The Graduate School.  The catalogue information is not pressing at this time; however, please look it over at your leisure.
    • Current Student Resource Page:  This is a very important page that has many resources and forms from the department, gasp, PhD committees, Dornsife, and the Graduate School.
