Student Contact Directory

• USC Email – Your USC email is the main source of communication. Check it regularly for meetings, updates, events, and funding opportunities.

• GASP Listserv – Departmental memos and announcements to doctoral students are sent through the Graduate Association of Students in Psychology (GASP) listserv. Watch for emails from gasp-l@maillist.usc.edu.

• Campus Mailboxes – Physical mailboxes are located in the main psychology office (SGM 501, 5th floor). You will have a labeled section to receive paper mail.

• OASIS & myUSC – These platforms hold your personal and academic information, including billing balance, course list, address updates, grades, enrollment history, Workday, and STARS report. You will use these systems throughout your time at USC. Access them via: https://my.usc.edu/.

  • Note:  Always keep your “Local Address” updated in OASIS. This is especially important if your direct deposit is delayed and your first paycheck is mailed.

• Docusign – Most forms are signed electronically using Docusign, which is free for all USC faculty, students, and staff. Request access through the ITS Service Portal.

Current Student Resource Page – This page includes important forms and resources from the department, GASP, PhD committees, Dornsife, and the Graduate School.
