My areas of expertise lay in getting abroad as an engineer, travelling in the UK/Europe, UK culture, and London/QMUL information (classes, cafes, oyster card, etc.). I had the opportunity to live in London for a year and learned so much about the city. I also had the ability to explore the UK/Europe very easily due to London’s five airports and accessible train system. I am happy to share my experiences and any information that may be helpful to you!

Advice: Take advantage of all the opportunities you have while abroad. This includes trying new foods, meeting new people, exploring different cultures, travelling to a new place, and immersing yourself in your host country. Your time abroad is going to fly by, so don’t wait to take advantage of your time there.
