I chose Chile because it is home to the top two universities in all of Latin America: la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and la Universidad de Chile, respectively, both of which are included in this program.  Academic excellence on par with what USC has to offer was important to me while abroad, and the resources in Chile (both academic and cultural) to help make that transition were phenomenal!  Top it all off with city life in Santiago, a plethora of natural wonders scattered throughout the country, and some of the world’s best (and cheapest) wine and pisco tasting excursions, and you end up with an amazing experience awaiting of you.

I miss the view of the Andes on a clear day was always something spectacular to witness.
