The mission of USC Dornsife Human Resources is to help advance the college’s strategic initiatives of education and research through recruiting, developing and retaining the highest caliber human capital with exemplary customer service.
Our team of dedicated human resources professionals has over 90 years of combined experience to offer our departments, institutes and centers as we resolve their human resources needs. Some of the key activities and support the USC Dornsife HR team provides are: recruiting/hiring consultation, promotions and reclassifications, reorganization consultation, employee relations, performance evaluations, and acting as a liaison for USC Central Human Resources Administration, Faculty and Staff Visa Services, and USC Benefits.
