    Postdoctoral Scholars

    Please note: Before any work is performed, all students (including undergraduates, graduate students and postdoctoral scholars) supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) research are required to complete an approved course in Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR). USC offers a free two-hour online course to fulfill this requirement via the CITI Program website. Please see the RCR Training Guide for more details.

    Student Workers

    Please make an appointment at the Welcome Center at AHF 108 to present I-9 documents by your official start date if you are a new hire or a rehire, with no current Workday access.

    You will also need to complete all of the Workday Onboarding steps.

    Documents must be presented within 3 business days of the official start date.

    Eligibility: Student workers are generally limited to no more than 20 hours per week while school is in session (fall or spring semesters or summer sessions). Student workers may work more hours during winter recess, spring break, or summer semester if not enrolled in any classes.
