Facilities-Related Emergency Requests

For facilities-related emergency and urgent requests, call the FPM Customer Resource Center (CRC) immediately at (213) 740-6833. Such requests include water leaks, loss of power, or other urgent building issues.

For non-urgent service requests, submit a request online with USC FPM.

On Campus Emergencies

In case of an emergency on campus call the USC Department of Public Safety at (213) 740-4321. This includes an emergency that needs immediate help from police, fire department, or ambulance. Examples include: fire, crime in progress, and car crash with injuries.
