SCMC’s primary mission is to provide mathematical outreach and enrichment opportunities, and strengthen the mathematical community, among high-school students in the Los Angeles area, in order to promote further mathematical studies beyond the classroom. The main vehicle for accomplishing this mission is our signature math competition, held once a semester at USC.
