Talk to me about: Whatever you’re curious about! Whether it’s classes abroad, how to make friends, getting out and traveling, balancing school and exploring, or anything else, I’m here to share what my experience was like abroad in New Zealand. I could not have asked for a better study abroad experience in New Zealand. Between the scenery, the Kiwi’s (people and bird), the friends I made, and seeing P!nk in concert in Dunedin, I would love to share what it’s like living in New Zealand and all the wonderful opportunities and memories that can come along with it!

Advice: Get outside! Even if you’ve never camped or hiked before there’s no better opportunity to try something new than when you are abroad. New Zealand’s geography is so diverse from their beaches to the gorgeous mountains and glacier lakes. Getting outside to experience this not only gives you a break from being at school, but it’s also a great way to bond with friends and make memories. From sunrise hikes on trails near Dunedin, to 10 hour car rides to go backpacking, to just simply walking around the botanical gardens, there are so many accessible ways to appreciate the natural beauty of New Zealand. Your time abroad flies by a lot faster than you realize, and unplugging to explore the world around you is a fantastic way to slow down time.
