Currently, Sabrina contributes to projects on immigrant inclusion and economic equity, including the California Immigrant Data Portal. She also oversees the design of reports and factsheets, translating complex data into impactful visual narratives.
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Sabrina grew up in a bilingual environment, moving between South Korea and Canada. Prior to her role at the Equity Research Institute, she worked as a Research and Analysis Intern at the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), where she helped update the General Plan and Zoning database for 191 cities. Sabrina also worked for the Hong Kong Economic Trade Office in South Korea, providing translation services for government delegations during major city-wide art events. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, and reading mystery novels.
