Jamie Flores

Jamie Flores joined the Equity Research Institute team as the Office Assistant in December 2018. Jamie received her B.A. in Sport Sciences with an emphasis in Sport Management from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. She was a member of the women’s collegiate soccer team and an active member of different multi-cultural clubs on campus. During her time at Pacific, Jamie was a member of Los Embajadores, a group that focused on Latinx community outreach and hosted the first bilingual financial aid workshop on campus.

Jamie is a first generation college graduate who grew up in a bilingual household in Pasadena, CA. She is interested in helping undocumented youth and youth of color pursue a higher education. Her passion for others grew when she realized there was a need for educational resources in the Spanish speaking community. Jamie is also passionate about coaching and mentoring young soccer players.
