Amber Arias

Amber Arias is an Administrative Budget Assistant with USC’s Equity Research Institute. Amber started working at ERI in 2020 and was brought on as the Administrative Budget Assistant in September 2021. Amber feels empowered to be working in an organization that works to revolutionize change with current relevant data and research.

When not at work, Amber likes to recharge by meditating and punching it out while boxing. She also enjoys painting and revolves her art around her Mexicana culture. Amber is almost at the finish line, with one year to go at California State University Los Angeles for Business Administration, Marketing. Amber hopes to continue her education by working on a master’s degree at USC’s Marshall School of Business. Fight on!
