Parker Hatley

Parker Hatley is a PhD candidate in Anthropology and Critical Media Practice at Harvard University. He has worked in the fields of historical anthropology, audiovisual anthropology, and political anthropology. His dissertation research and filmmaking focus on plantation labor, caste, insurgency, historical memory, and emigration in the Quiché Department of Guatemala. He graduated from Bard College in 2013 with a B.A. in Anthropology and Latin American Studies.
