AOS: political philosophy; PPE; normative ethics, applied ethics.
AOC: philosophy of law; economics and ethics, environmental ethics.
Research Specialties
I work primarily in moral and political philosophy. My research focuses on what we owe to the vulnerable voiceless, especially to future generations, and how our democratic institutions can best enable us to meet these obligations.
