The USC Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber runs hands-on training classes for hyperbaric chamber operations. These classes are used to train people interested in joining our Volunteer Chamber Crew and those who are going to be running hyperbaric chambers elsewhere.

The 2-1/2 day Friday–Monday classes (run following the EDAM classes and scheduled following Mainland Chamber Ops) trains people in the Inside Tender, Operator, and Recorder positions. Most of the time is spent with students actually operating the Chamber on Standard Dives, Treatment Simulations, and Lock Runs.
