D-Clearance

Please connect with your track advisor to discuss your progress to degree, including timing toward any exams that need to be fulfilled, and have your intended course schedule approved.  Your advisor should send an email to the CSLC Staff Graduate Advisor to permit your course enrollment in order to have your registration hold lifted.  

The CSLC Staff Graduate Advisor takes care of clearances for both COLT and CSLC.   Any d-clearances outside of their office is granted by emailing the department administrator. Below is a list of most frequently enrolled departments by our CSLC graduate students.  When emailing, identify the course number and be sure to include your USC ID.
