Welcome to the Behavior Coaching Lab!

The Behavior Coaching Lab is overseen by Dr. Megan Aclan (BCBA-D), who is committed to mentoring and supervising students who are dedicated to help others reach their individualized goals. As a team we support individuals and organizations to promote significant changes using evidence-based coaching and training rooted in behavior analysis. Our areas of expertise span across Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Staff and Caregiver Training, and specialized interventions for Feeding Disorders.

Currently, our research interests include:

● Behavior safety and systems productivity within the workplace/organization

● Staff and Caregiver training on protocols and interventions

● Utilization of ACT strategies for school refusal, impulsivity, and burnout

● Interventions for individuals with feeding and eating disorders
