The USC ABA practicum consists of the highest-quality work experience in real-life ABA service provision settings. Practicum sites have been hand-picked and carefully evaluated for inclusion in our program. Each agency offers a unique experience for students and the group of agencies represent a wide variety of work experiences in applied behavior analysis. Students learn principles and procedures in 100% on-campus coursework taught by doctoral-level professors and put what they learn into practice in their practicum placements, comprising a cutting-edge scientist-practitioner model of training. Each practicum site is briefly described below, in alphabetical order, and we encourage you to navigate to their websites for more information on each.

Our BCBAs provide supportive on-going supervision to BCBA interns whose ABA skill set is continuously evolving. CBC provides best practices in the field to help clients and families, and BCBA interns meet their goals. Part of the ABA services we provide involves communication, collaboration and consultation with other professionals of the treatment team.  In addition, CBC encourages and supports experimental program evaluations. Frequent in-service trainings in various areas such as language assessment and treatment, functional analysis, caregiver training, and intern training (i.e., how to deal with common parental resistance) are just a few of the tools you can add to your ABA toolbox.
