Heather Anne Barnes Endowed Scholarship
The Heather Anne Barnes Endowed Scholarship, established by Harlyne Norris, is supported by Ron and Laura Barnes in memory of their daughter, Heather Anne Barnes, who graduated from USC in 2005. Heather was devoted to helping children, especially children with autism. The scholarship provides financial assistance to deserving students in the USC Dornsife Psychology department, with preference given to students working with children with autism or conducting research or scholarly inquiry into the causes of autism.
Recipients of the award must be full-time students enrolled in the Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis in the 2017-18 academic year. The award is renewable for the second year of the masters program, pending verification of a minimum cumulative USC GPA of 3.0 and satisfactory progress toward the completion of the masters program. Scholarship applications are due June 29th.
