Visiting Scholars Program
The Korean Studies Institute at the University of Southern California selects a small number of visiting scholars to be part of the USC KSI Visiting Scholars Program. We welcome applications from academia, government, and private organizations.
Visiting scholars will be provided with affiliation at USC under the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences, library privileges, and shared office space at the Korean Studies Institute. Each applicant must be self-financed for the duration of the fellowship and must have minimum health coverage. Visiting scholars are expected to conduct independent research. All visiting scholar terms are one calendar year of 12-months, and extensions are granted on a limited basis. Annual program fees are $6,000 for professors and $12,000 for mid-career professionals.
To be considered, please download the application form, and send via postal mail to the mailing address below.
