Visiting Scholars Program
The Korean Studies Institute at the University of Southern California selects a small number of visiting scholars to be part of the USC KSI Visiting Scholars Program. We welcome applications from academia, government, and private organizations.
Visiting scholars will be provided with affiliation at USC under the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences, library privileges, and shared office space at the Korean Studies Institute. Each applicant must be self-financed for the duration of the fellowship and must have minimum health coverage. Visiting scholars are expected to conduct independent research. Visiting scholar terms are typically one calendar year of 12-months, and extensions are granted on a limited basis. All resident visiting scholars are required to pay administrative fees of $1,000 per month unless otherwise specified.
To be considered, please download the application form, and send via postal mail to the mailing address below.
