Biography

Hannah Ryan is a first-year student interested in women and the history of medicine in early America.

Originally from London, England, Hannah holds a BA in American and Canadian History, Literature, and Culture from the University of Nottingham. She also completed an MA in United States Studies: History and Politics at UCL’s Institute of the Americas.

After finishing her BA, Hannah worked in London’s museum industry where she held roles at both Historic Royal Palaces and Benjamin Franklin House.
