Summary Statement of Research Interests
My current research interests lie in the politics and aesthetics of space in modern and contemporary Korean avant-garde literature and film, particularly with a focus on international surrealism. My broader interests include diaspora and transnational studies, speculative and science fiction, and translation theory and praxis.
