中文歌唱比赛
Fall 2023

Students sang Chinese songs, both old and new. Singing helped them learn Chinese words and sentences in a fun way. They had a great time and learned a lot about the language and culture.

中文学习研讨会
Fall 2023

Three current and former USC EALC Chinese langauge program students discussed learning Chinese in today’s world, shared their personal journeys, effective strategies, and the many doors that open with proficiency in Chinese.

Spring 2023

Students acted out in Chinese scenes from their favorite movies. It was a creative way to practice Chinese and have a good time.

Students join to read and discuss famous literary selections in bilingual translations to improve their language skills.

茶艺及品茶
Spring 2023

Students learned about tea culture, different types of tea, how it’s made, its health benefits. They also tasted a variety of teas and had tasty treats. It was a great way to learn about tea, Chinese culture, and have lots of fun.
