The annual spring Cerrell Political Leadership Summit, institutionalized by Joseph R. Cerrell, is hosted by the Unruh Institute each year in Sacramento.
About the Summit
The program provides USC students the opportunity to meet the executive and legislative leaders who shape the laws and policies of the state. Scheduled events include discussions with legislators, lobbyists, campaign strategists, journalists, Capitol staff, and representatives of the Newsom Administration. In addition to these formally structured events, students meet and network with political, policy, and government experts throughout their time in Sacramento.
The Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics invited you to apply to the 2024 Cerrell Political Leadership Summit.
