Administrative Coordinator

Hailey Pham is from San Jose, California. She is double majoring in Political Science and Public Relations with an emphasis in Law.

On campus, she serves as the Co-Executive Director of the USC Political Student Assembly (PSA), the umbrella organization for all political groups affiliated with the Undergraduate Student Government.

Off campus, Hailey works to recruit and prepare women to run competitive campaigns for state legislature with Close the Gap California and serves as a California Grant Writing Assistant. She also coaches speech and debate for several of the top-ranked high school teams in the country, drawing on her own background in competitive forensics to mentor the next generation of advocates and public speakers.

In the summer, Hailey explores the intersection of politics, public relations, and law. Her experience spans political consulting firms, corporate PR settings, clerking at legal firms, and conducting policy research for the Mayor’s Office in San Jose—bringing both a local and national lens to her broader work in public affairs.

Outside of school, Hailey enjoys using her AMC A-List pass to catch the latest releases, rating them on Letterboxd, and spending time with friends exploring every coffee and matcha shop in Los Angeles.
