Submit your poster as a PDF.

One dimension of the poster must be 42”; the other dimension must be 42″ or less.

DEADLINES to submit the poster PDF (3-day advance notice)*

Monday for Thursday printing
Tuesday for Friday printing
Wednesday for the following Monday
Thursday for following Tuesday
Friday for the following Wednesday

*Posters to be printed on shorter notice require an email from the PI to eposas@usc.edu. Time permitting, the poster will be printed.

Reprints only done in case of printer error.
