Major: Anthropology

Ask Me About:  Interdisciplinary approaches! In addition to being an Anthropology major, I am also pre-med and a Real Estate minor. I’m sure I could find a way to relate it to any field at USC. With most of my other classes being lecture and test-based, Anthropology is a nice change of pace (yet still equally challenging)!

As a senior, I have taken classes in a variety of topics within the department could also recommend some as well.

Advice:  If you aren’t already an Anthropology major (or minor), I would highly consider how having a background in Anthropology could expand your knowledge in your current fields, as it is a completely unique way of thinking about the world we live in. Part of what makes USC so great and impactful is its emphasis on an interdisciplinary education!

If you are just starting out at USC or haven’t completed your general education requirements (in Dornsife), you could see if it’s you’d enjoy through the Anthro classes listed in GE-C: Social Analysis. Take classes in subjects that you won’t have the opportunity to learn about after graduating!
