Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a discipline that uses scientific principles of learning and motivation to solve socially meaningful problems. Curriculum

The Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis program consists of a state-of-the-art curriculum. The Association for Behavior Analysis International has verified the courses in this program toward the coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst® or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® examination. The program coursework is based on a foundation of the classic research and readings in applied behavior analysis (ABA), but incorporates the latest in research, so that students receive the most up-to-date training available anywhere.

In addition to didactic coursework, students take practicum courses that provide real-life experience and training. Practicum assignments build critical competencies that students will immediately put to use in real-life work experiences. Students simultaneously learn from real-life examples of content learned in class, while also learning the job skills needed to succeed as a professional clinician.
