During the fall 2011 semester, Professor Rosenthal is teaching two courses that incorporate the work of Veronica Franco. Her Italian 499: Special Topics course titled “Veronica Franco in Renaissance Venice” examines Franco’s writings in the context of her time and place. As a Dornsife Faculty Fellow, Professor Rosenthal is also teaching a First Year Investigations course (open to all majors at the university) titled “Renaissance Man/Renaissance Woman in American Culture” about America’s fascination with the Renaissance.
In this section, you will find scholarly writings and projects by Professor Rosenthal’s students. We look forward to sharing their unique perspectives on Franco with you.
