• Email Dr. Urmila Patil at upatil@usc.edu.

    1. Check if the FBE course has a prerequisite. If you have not completed the prerequisite for the course, email the professor to request approval for a prerequisite waiver. In your email, explain that you are a Master student in the Mathematical Finance program. Explain that you would like to take the FBE course to fulfill your degree requirement, but you cannot register for the course until the professor approves a prerequisite waiver (in writing/email).
    2. Once the professor replies to approve a prerequisite waiver, forward the email to registration@marshall.usc.edu
    3. Fill out the Non-Marshall Student Application. If you fill out the form before the specified date on Marshall’s website, your response will be declined.
    4. After Steps 1-3 are completed, please wait until the Marshall School of Business processes your request. During busy times, it may take up 5 business days for a response.
