Southern California Moot Court
Moot Court replicates appellate advocacy using a prompt of undisputed facts and a closed universe of case law. Every year the American Moot Court Association releases a new scenario with two novel issues to argue. Students engage with those issues in an appellate brief and/or in oral advocacy and argue cases like an actual Supreme Court attorney. Southern California Moot Court has been been recognized as the top program in the country in appellate brief writing and has won multiple championships in oral advocacy and brief writing.
