Anastasiia Starovoitova

Anastasiia writes and researches on the intersection of literature and philosophy. Currently she is writing her dissertation on the cosmological and physical ideas in Seneca’s prose. She is broadly interested in ancient Greek and Roman writing about the cosmos and the role of human beings in it. 

Anastasiia’s undergraduate thesis focused on Vladimir Nabokov’s repeated practice of translating his autobiography between English and Russian. She keeps researching such concepts as identity, self-narration and memory in Greek and Roman literature.
