CPF California Battleground Poll

The U.S. House California Elections and Policy Poll (CEPP), conducted by the USC Democracy and Fair Elections Lab and sponsored by the USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future, surveyed likely voters in four California U.S. House districts redrawn after Proposition 50. These districts are CA-01, CA-06, CA-22, and CA-48. Polls were fielded October 22 to October 28, 2026. Poll results were released on October 30, 2026.

Full results and methodology are available on the poll’s website.

The survey results are a snapshot of each congressional district electorate on days in which the poll was fielded and may not reflect changes to voter attitudes that occur between the poll’s dates and Election Day, especially if respondents change their mind. Results of toplines and crosstabs may sum to slightly more or less than 100 due to rounding.

This poll was conducted by the USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future and the USC Democracy and Fair Elections Lab, and the poll was directed by Dr. Christian Grose (Lead CEPP Pollster, USC); Alexander Wong (Deputy CEPP Pollster, USC); Dr. Jose J. Alcocer (Harvard); Jake Marks (Deputy CEPP Pollster, USC); and Christina You (Deputy CEPP Pollster of Computational and Survey Text Analysis, USC). The poll has no political, corporate, or external sponsorship.
