Equipment Details:

    The Varian VNMRS-500 NMR is a fully automated system. It has a two channel broadband probe which will autotune itself. The high-band channel does 1H and 19F. The low-band channel will tune to any nuclei that falls between 31P and 15N. If you need to run a nuclei other than 1H, 19F, 13C, or 31P, see Joo-Ho Lee to have the needed nuclei added to your experiment list. The VT range is -80°C to 100°C. Publication quality spectra, system is suitable for COSY, NOESY, ROESY, HSQC, and HMBC.

    General NMR Training for all NMRs required. Stop by LJS159 and schedule with Dr. Joo-Ho Lee.
