AIRE is located at the University Park Campus (UPC) in Mark Taper Hall (THH) 309. Our space is open to USC students (undergraduate and graduate), faculty and staff.

Brief Overview of Reservation Tips

    Food and Refreshments

    Welcome to provide food and refreshments during events but please mindful of cleaning up after the event

    Permit is required for events that have food with 25+ people 

    Permit is not required for events with less than 25 people

    Reservation Considerations

    Please note that the capacity of each space varies.

    Reservations are available only during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday. Build in time for set-up into reservation (at least 30 minutes). Access based on operating hours.

    Please note that we may have multiple events ocurring at one time.

    Hybrid Modality

    All TVs and projectors allow for zoom meetings to display and presentations

     

    Cleaning Policy

    Please leave our spaces clean

    Wipe tables, sweep floors, empty wastebaskets, clean any spills/messes on walls, windows, doors, floors, etc. (Cleaning tools will be provided)

    Rooms/spaces should be returned to original cleanliness

    Cancellation or Modifications?

    To cancel or modify an existing reservation, please email AIRE at aire@dornsife.usc.edu. Please note that cancellations or modifications should be sent to AIRE at latest 24 hours prior to your event.

    How to Reserve A Room

    Click on the “Reserve” button below and complete the reservation form (USC email login required).

    Please note that you will first choose one of the two spaces (THH 309H, or THH 309K) and then proceed to complete additional Information
    – USC faculty, student or staff
    – Number of guest/attendees
    – Will food or drinks be served
    – Reservation contact name, phone and email (person responsible for the event)
