This compact, innovative and versatile FTIR can be used for analysis of solids, liquids and gases. With a wide range of sample interfaces and high-performance optics, including Agilent’s unique and revolutionary DialPath for measuring liquids, it will give accurate results very fast. It has different interchangeable sampling accessories, including standard transmission, DialPath, TumblIR, Diamond ATR, Germanium ATR, ZnSe ATR, 10- or 45-degree specular reflectance and diffuse reflectance. No alignment is needed after switching to the new sampling accessory. Cary 630 spectral range is 6300–350 cm-1 for KBr and 5100–600 cm -1 for ZnSe, and its spectral resolution is < 2 cm-1.
