USC Environmental Studies Program alumnus Miguel Ordeñana shines a spotlight on urban wildlife

USC Dornsife alumnus Miguel Ordeñana ’05 talks about discovering famed mountain lion, P-22, who crossed two major Los Angeles freeways and urbanized habitats to eventually find himself in Griffith Park, where he roamed for 10 years. Ordeñana, now a wildlife biologist at the Natural History Museum, uplifts P-22’s story to spread awareness about efforts to protect urban wildlife and Los Angeles’s biodiversity.
