Just a few of the 107 total flags on display at Von KleinSmid Center. Starting in Fall 2006, USC began displaying flags for the countries represented by our international students, however the number of countries from which they hail often outnumber the flagpoles available!

Commencement is the culmination of many things for Rubi Garcia who is the first in her family to attend college. We followed Rubi for the past five years, from her days as a high school senior through her time at USC Dornsife. Next Friday she will receive her diploma for a degree in American studies and ethnicity. Watch how Rubi has grown as a person and a scholar.
