USC Dornsife welcomes two new assistant science professors whose research focuses on some of the greatest challenges facing the 21st century — climate change and the search for clean, renewable energy.

Political consultant Robert Shrum, who over four decades has navigated 30 winning campaigns for the U.S. Senate and eight winning campaigns for governors, joins USC Dornsife as the inaugural Carmen H. and Louis Warschaw Chair in Practical Politics.
Joining the USC Dornsife Department of Psychology in January, Norbert Schwarz and Daphna Oyserman will open the USC Dornsife Mind and Society Center.
