Chief Executive Officer, Sanei International USA LLC

Aaron Nir is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry, specifically focused on successfully introducing and managing brands in the Japanese and Asian markets. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sanei International USA LLC, a subsidiary of TSI Holdings Japan Co. Ltd. He is also a Board member of the University of Virginia NY Regional Board.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Nir held leadership positions at various companies, including serving as CEO of Charlotte Ronson LLC for nine years and President of Sanei International USA LLC for four years. He also currently serves as Chairman of the Board for LA-based streetwear brand HUF Worldwide and Oregon-based online retailer Tactics, demonstrating his expertise and dedication to the consumer goods sector.

Mr. Nir holds a strong academic background, earning his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in East Asian Languages and Literatures from the University of Virginia. During his undergraduate studies, he actively participated in the Thomas Jefferson Literary and Debate Society and served as a staff writer for the Cavalier Daily, showcasing his commitment to intellectual pursuits and communication.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Nir is passionate about fashion and  product branding, exploring the nuances of introducing international brands to new markets. He is also an avid traveler and enjoys Japanese language and literature, skiing, and wine.

Mr. Nir’s diverse experience, combined with his academic foundation and personal interests, make him a valuable asset to the USC Center for Political Future’s Board of Councilors. He brings a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to the table, contributing to the advancement of the Center’s mission.
