Biography
Hannah is a PhD student in the Anthropology department. Her research interests are broadly around social services programs, the normalization of poverty, and our relationship with and expectations of the state.
Before beginning her doctoral program, Hannah worked in public policy research focused on qualitative and community engaged studies of public supportive programs. She received her BA in Public Health with a minor in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a recipient of the National Science Foundation Graduate Resarch Fellowship Program and the Wallis Annenberg Endowed Fellowship.
