Physical Education & Mind Body Health (PEMBH)

 

Physical Education & Mind Body Health department focus on promoting overall well-being through a combination of fitness and activity classes. Our offerings are tailored to meet individual goals and needs, with a strong emphasis on building muscle strength and endurance, improving cardiovascular health, increasing flexibility, and educating on nutritional principles. In addition, our activity classes provide instruction on essential techniques, tactics, and etiquette, as well as the importance of leisure time activities for physical, mental, and social wellness.
