Postdoctoral fellow in Marine Microbial Ecology and Biogeochemical Modeling.
The Levine lab is seeking to hire a postdoctoral fellow. This researcher will focus on understanding the guiding principles governing microbial ecosystem structure and function. This position is part of an interdisciplinary, international Simons Foundation Collaboration (www.primecollaboration.org). Applicants must have a Ph.D. in marine sciences, oceanography, ecology, microbiology, math, statistics, evolution, or a similar field with a strong publication record. Extensive computational experience, specifically with numerical models, large dataset and model analyses, and proficiency in computer programs is required.
