Noelle Troutman

Noelle Troutman is a Security and Defense PluS Postdoctoral Fellow at Arizona State Univeristy under the School of Politics and Global Studies. Her research focuses on East Asian security, with an emphasis on the U.S. alliance network in Asia. She specializes in alliance politics, nuclear security, and neuroeconomic decision-making. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
