Unique Position Fundraising to Support the Catholic Intellectual Tradition
The Director of Development provides strategic fundraising co-leadership with the IACS President, implementing all fundraising, donor relations, and development activities, advancing the Institute’s mission to foster Catholic intellectual life, research, and dialogue. The person in this role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive development plan, with a heavy focus on securing major gifts, building an endowment, and fostering long-term partnerships with individuals, foundations, and Catholic organizations. The Director will report directly to the president and work closely with the leadership team to articulate a compelling case for support for high-level academic study and theological research.
This position is not eligible for benefits at this time. Stipend for partial benefits or structured incentive pay may be negotiable.
