Class will occur at Ebell once a week for 12 weeks, and each session is 90 minutes. In the choir class, you will learn songs and sing with your peers. You will visit the Brain & Music lab at USC before and after your 12-week program. When you arrive, a member of the research team will greet you and offer light refreshments. Then, you will complete a series of questionnaires. The questionnaires will ask about your music experience, physical and emotional health, and social well-being. Next, you will complete several computerized speech and music perception tasks. A member of the research team will be there, guiding you through the questionnaires and tasks.
