The Leadership Council is composed of philanthropists, community organizers, and distinguished professional leaders who are committed to supporting the Institute’s growth and development. Leveraging their cumulative expertise, they serve as advisers to the director on matters related to amplifying the Institute’s global reach and impact. As key ambassadors for the Institute, they advocate the outstanding quality of its research, educational, and public engagement initiatives in their respective networks. This Council provides leadership at fundraisers to meet the Institute’s ambitious goals and ensure its sustainability.

The National Honorary Council was established when the Institute was founded and consisted of individuals with extensive national and international experience in a variety of fields. Members of the National Honorary Council lent their knowledge and expertise to the advancement of the Institute’s vision and mission.
