The Dornsife Transfer Experience (DTE) program is specifically designed for Dornsife Transfer students and supports you as you navigate USC. DTE Transfer Coordinators work with you so you feel confident, connected, and supported throughout your USC journey. Whether you’re an incoming or continuing transfer student, we are here for you!
This program is open to all Transfer students with at least one Dornsife major.

The Dornsife Transfer Experience (DTE) Program supports transfer students as they navigate USC by fostering meaningful connections between their academic goals, personal values, and professional aspirations. Our mission is to cultivate a welcoming and transfer-centered experience that promotes belonging, eases the transition, and empowers students to navigate USC with confidence. Guided by our pillars to connect, support, empower, and prepare, we work with Dornsife Transfer students, from orientation to graduation, to ensure they feel seen, valued, and equipped to thrive at USC and beyond.

As a Dornsife transfer student, you have access to connect with the Dornsife Transfer Experience (DTE) Transfer Coordinators.
Transfer Coordinators work in partnership with academic advisors to complement the advising experience, offering transfer-specific guidance, resource navigation, and community-building support throughout your time at Dornsife.
Transfer Coordinators:
- Serve as your first point of contact at USC
- Support your transition to the university
- Connect you with campus resources and services
- Help you discover and explore opportunities for involvement and success
We work with you as you navigate the transfer experience, answer general questions, and help you build connections within the USC and Dornsife community. Whether you are in your first semester or getting ready to graduate, we are here to support you!
